Please note that there is no additional charge for double-sided printing on any of our cups. You can place two different designs on each side as long as it meets our minimum color requirements.
The second side printing for the coffee set will incur an additional charge.
Each order will receive a digital art proof within 24 - 48 hours for review after placing the order. Since we must obtain your email approval before entering production, your timely response is crucial. Please check your email regularly, and if you do not receive the proof within the specified time, please contact us immediately!
We will need email approval to continue processing the order and put it into production.
*We provide up to 3 free proofs for each item in your order. Additional proofs will incur a fee of 15 USD for the next 3 proofs.
The minimum order quantity for custom printed cups for most products is 100 pieces.
For blank products, they are sold by the box. The number of items per box varies for each product.
Our minimum order quantity is based on our minimum number of colors (applicable to each item/design), please see below:
1 color logo = minimum 100 pieces
2 color logo = minimum 5,000 pieces
3 color logo = minimum 10,000 pieces
*Sleeves, coasters, and napkins are digitally printed and can print multiple colors at no additional cost.

2. Attach the required information: artwork, PMS color.
3. If applicable, please select your event date.
4. Confirm your order by processing the payment.
5. A confirmation email will be sent within a few minutes.
6. The art proof will be sent to you within 24 - 48 hours.
7. Once the proof is approved, the order will go into production and be shipped.
